Dissolved Air Flotation IDAF2 in Printing & Dyeing Industry Wastewater Treatment

The wastewater from the printing and dyeing industry in this project primarily contains terephthalic acid (PTA) and ethylene glycol. The dissolved air flotation (DAF) system is utilized to remove parabenic acid, which exhibits low solubility under acidic conditions. The process involves the addition of PAC and PAM coagulants to induce coagulation, followed by separation through air flotation.
